Is it necessary to have an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to create an account to place an order because it can be placed as a guest. Creating an account, on the other hand, has its advantages.

What are the benefits of creating an Account?

Creating an account has various advantages, including:

  • Your billing and shipping information will be kept, which will speed up the checkout process.
  • You will be able to see the history of your prior orders.
  • Returns and Order cancellations are only possible with an account.
  • Account-holders will receive notifications about new promotions and newsletters.

How do I search for an item on the website?

Press Enter on your keyboard after clicking the search button and entering the item name/code you’re looking for.

Can I reserve my Order?

Regrettably, you will not be able to reverse your order online after 1 hour of placing order or receiving the confirmation message on your WhatsApp number.

How will I contact at your support number?

You can contact us on our support number via this number 0310-1056559. Please don’t call at this number because just WhatsApp message is enough and we will try our best to respond you on time.

Can I modify an order after placing it?

Regretfully, after an order has been placed, it is not possible to make modifications to it. You can, though, cancel your Order and place a new one if it has not yet been confirmed.

How can I pay for my Order?

You can pay for your order with Cash on Delivery, which is available for orders all throughout the country (Pakistan only).

How do I redeem a voucher/discount code on online purchases?

To use a discount code, just go to the cart and enter it at the checkout page, then click Apply.

What is the delivery time for my Order?

Your Order should be delivered within 3-6 working/business days.

What manner of shipping do you use?

We use Leading third-party courier firms to deliver our shipments overnight and overland.

Can I ship my order outside Pakistan?

Unfortunately, we do not currently provide overseas shipping. We may, however, ship globally in the future.

What should I do if I have missed my delivery?

If you miss your package, our courier service partners will redeliver it to you, if possible. We will, however, not deliver your order after two attempts. As a result, while placing an order, please double-check the accuracy of the address, state, and city.

Can I get the Shipping or Billing Address of an Order changed after it has been processed?

Because your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to change the address once it has been completed.

What is the difference between “Order ID” and “Tracking ID”?

Your Order ID will be included in the Order Sales Summary email and will be used to describe your Order. Your Tracking ID will be emailed/WhatsApp to you, once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment on the courier’s website.
