Our standard domestic shipping service ensures that customers typically receive their orders within a timeframe of three to six business days from the date of purchase. Please note that we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes. Deliveries to remote areas within Pakistan may require additional time for processing and transit.

WhatsApp/Call Verification for “Cash On Delivery” Orders:

For orders paid via “Cash On Delivery,” we may request WhatsApp or call verification prior to processing. However, LayLow.Pk reserves the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without the need for telephone verification for verified customers or during high-demand periods, such as holidays, season launches, and promotional events.

Order Processing:

Upon successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation WhatsApp message or email containing your unique order number. This serves as acknowledgment of your order submission, provided that you have furnished us with your email address or mobile number.

Order Tracking:

To monitor the status of your order, you may inquire through our WhatsApp support number by referencing your assigned order number. Additionally, for your convenience, we will provide you with tracking information in the event that you are unable to respond to the rider’s calls or SMS notifications during the delivery process.
